One of my biggest dilemmas before moving to London was to bring or not my cosmetics. I knew I would be crazy with the entire offer at decent prices. But I also knew I couldn’t shop till I drop because I need to control my money (after all, for now I’m just studying). So I brought as much as I could, including many samples that my dermatologist gave me, and I keep resisting the temptations. Nevertheless, some skincare products are making me very curious, such as:

SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E: before coming here, I worked as social media content manager for an agency that managed some L’Oréal brands. Amongst my clients was SkinCeuticals. Of course, I became a great admirer of its products (love Blemish + Age Defense, Retexturing Activator and Aox Eye Gel). Researching the UK site, I found out that there are many products still not available in Brazil, such as this antioxidant formulated to strengthen the protection against free radicals and to fight the signs of ageing thanks to the combination between resveratrol and vitamin E.

Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate: Langerhans cells, responsible for immunity, are the background of this super technology serum. The results are a more resilient, hydrated and firm skin, with fine lines and wrinkles reduced in only 4 weeks.

REN products: I got my eyes on the brand few months ago, since it is always on “cult” wishlists and combines technology with ecology, with I love. So, I couldn’t resist buying this travel kit with 4 classics (V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream, Bio Retinoid Anti-Ageing Cream, Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk and Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask) on Cult Beauty. As soon as it arrives, I tell my impressions!

Origins Plantscription: I knew the brand and its natural philosophy, but for a while didn’t hear much about it. The Plantscripton serum launch seemed to bring a breath of fresh air, with intense campaigns in all department stores. The anti-age formula, with more than 20 botanic extracts, is getting very good reviews online.

Clinique Smart Custom Serum: the premise is intriguing: a serum capable of identifying skin needs, correct past damages and prevent future ones! By the positive comments I saw on the internet, it seems like it really works
